trip to Deutschland!
Last week was SIT for my Project and I was sent off to a nice little town in Altfeld, Germany where the warehouse is located..alone! I stayed in this nice and cozy hotel near the river where old married couples usually go for dinner and bfast consist of bread and cold cuts. yum.

And then on the weekend before I leave for Manila, I stayed at Taty and Marcus' place. It was nice!! Taty is such a neat freak :P

Friday night was spent drinking Gluhwein (christmas wine with shots of rhum, served warm -perfect for winter!) at Frankfurt Chrismas market and drinking beer at someone's place. Taty introduced me to her friends, all of which are couples! Taty you disappoint me hahahahaha. Why do I always end up in a group where I'm the nth wheel?! :)
I didnt know you can drink beer anywhere in Germany. It was unbelievable, just drinking beer while walking, while in the train, anywhere! You can never do that in Manila. haha imagine the chaos.
Saturday, Taty and Marcus prepared a Bavarian bfast which means pretzels, sausage and beer! yes, beer! so early in the morning, could you imagine?! Good thing I slept off the hangover from last night. Acck it was unbelievable.
We were supposed to go sledding that day but it was too warm. Ha! So Taty and I went shopping. We found cute german kids singing carols! Ang cute. Imagine mo taty ung kids mo kakanta din jan someday! :P
Then we went to the Konighstein (spell check pls!) Xmas market where we drank more Gluhwein and ate waffles. Taty made me walk near the palace ruins..it was UPHILL!!! walk uphill during WINTER!!! acck, too much exercise.
Cheers! Alex, Marcus, Taty and smoke coming from my mug.
It was fun fun fun! Though everything was very expensive. :) I hope they'll send me back so I could meet Taty and Marcus again, and maybe this time Taty has more friends...wink wink! hahahaha.
Thanks again Taty and Marcus for a very good and fun weekend! See you again soon!
PS: Loka loka ka. :P
